Hi tech press brake tools are a range of standard and specially manufactured press brake tools.

Hi Tech Tools for machine such as:

LVD, Trumpf, Edwards Pearson, By-stronic, Wila, Beyeler, Darley, Pullmax, Ursviken, EHT, Weinbrenner

These standard range of High Tech Tools are generally available from stock or short delivery.

All specials can be made on reasonably short lead times. A highly automated manufacturing cell has been set up to guarantee the conformity of the product, together with complete inter-changeability to give you the customer, piece of mind.

The tools are produced from medium carbon tool steel and special CrMo tool steel with a tensile strength of 1000 to 1100 N/mm². After grinding the tools are then CNC deep hardened to 55 - 60 HRC for a depth of 4mm, making them highly wear-resistant as well as maximising tool life.

As standard, the tools are manufactured in 500mm , 1000mm & 1100mm segmented lengths, we can also cut these to any specific requirements you many have.

All the standard tools are modular, meaning if any tool is damaged, you can replace the item from our huge stocks.

Tools can also be modified in terms of radius, nose angle or an extra modification to allow the tools to bend your products.
